Intellectual Property Rights Agreement

1. I hereby declare that the works submitted for the 2025 Tattoo Extreme Aesthetics Competition are my own original designs, and I hold the copyright and all proprietary rights to the works. I guarantee that the works do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, and I am fully authorized to grant the permissions outlined in this consent form.
If any intellectual property dispute arises between myself and a third party regarding my submitted works, it shall have no relation to the organizer. Should the organizer incur any damages as a result, I agree to fully compensate for all such damages.

2. Furthermore, I agree that if my work is selected, I hereby authorize the organizer of the 2025 Tattoo Extreme Aesthetics Competition to use the selected work for the following non-commercial purposes:

  1. Publication in print or digital formats.
  2. Public display, public narration, public transmission, public screening, reproduction, online publication, printing, and browsing.
  3. Inclusion of the work in databases or other channels for marketing and promotional purposes.
  4. Modification or formatting of the work as necessary to meet the organizer’s promotional needs.
  5. Publication and development of the work in various forms for widespread promotion to enhance the visibility of the event, without interference or restriction from the author.
  6. I pledge to authorize the organizer to use the original or adjusted versions of the work properly, without the need for further notification or additional compensation.
  7. The organizer retains full rights to publicly exhibit all selected works, including finished products created from the selected works.

Personal Data Collection, Processing, and Use Consent Form

Thank you for participating in the 2025 Tattoo Extreme Aesthetics Competition (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”), organized by Tattoo Extreme Magazine (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”). We sincerely appreciate your participation. Before collecting, processing, and using your personal data, the Organizer hereby informs you of the following in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Please take a moment to read carefully:

1. Notification
When collecting, processing, and using the personal data you provide for the operation and execution of the Event, the Organizer shall respect your rights, and handle your data honestly and in good faith based on the principles stated herein.

2. Purpose of Collection
The Organizer collects your personal data solely for the purpose of operating and executing the Event. Any use of your data for purposes outside of this Event shall require your prior written consent in accordance with applicable laws. Should you wish to learn more about how your personal data is handled, please feel free to contact the Organizer.

3. Categories of Personal Data
Identifiable personal information such as: name, photo, mobile phone number, mailing address, email address, etc.

4. Period, Territory, Recipients, and Methods
4-1 Period: Until the purpose of collection no longer exists.
4-2 Territory: Within the territory of the Republic of China (Taiwan), unless the purpose of collection involves international activities or business.
4-3 Recipients: The Organizer and government or non-government entities, and vendors cooperating with the Organizer for the Event.
4-4 Methods: Use by Internet, email, written correspondence, fax, or other lawful means, without violating the purpose of collection.

5. Your Rights

5-1 Request to inquire or review your data, or obtain a copy, subject to the Organizer’s applicable procedures.
5-2 Request to supplement or correct your data, provided you supply appropriate evidence and explanation.
5-3 Request to cease collection, processing, use, and/or request deletion of your data.
